All voices from ear are FALSE/FAKE and perceived

I am NOT interested in voices coming from within Ears, I will only concentrate on voices of people, audio, video; there by automatically ignoring all other voices as they are FAKE, PERCEIVED and FALSE VOICES created by brain

I will always Ignore head voices; I will only concentrate on real voices from audio, people, video etc.; thereby automatically ignoring all other voices as they are FAKE, PERCEIVED and FALSE VOICES created by brain

Also while walking, sitting or sleeping (24/7) focus the vision (inner) or attention towards stars/clouds in the sky and this shall stop tinnitus most times.

Continue to remind yourself that other voices you hear are fake, perceived and false so why show interest in them? Just ignore them

To release any negative energy that surrounds me I will do as below:-

For few seconds only, I will watch the event with a neutral mind and as an observer when negative energy or physical sensation (stress, anxiety, panic or depression), ‘actual event as it tries to engulf the body or mind visualize it getting diminished or fading away.

I will follow breathing exercises as listed in this blog.

MY TINNITUS JOURNEY AND RETURN BACK TO STEP (3) BELOW:

Sequence of events that went into forming TINNITUS:

  • Use of Ear wax thinner drops (Soliwax drops, waxolve drops )
  • Ear wax removal
  • Hyperacousis resulting in AMPLIFIED  (Distorted) hearing to normal sound (Step3)
  • Listening to songs through earphone caused further damage to eardrum
  • frequent listeners fatigue / tired ears when listening to audio
  • Mixed voices coming from inside of ears and sometimes head voices too. The amplification of these secondary voices made these mixed voices prominent.
  • Anxiety and panic reaction towards mixed voices
  • START OF TINNITUS (continuous voices in ear). Tinnitus is nothing but sudden immense attention to secondary voices which are either perceived or are coming from bone conduction /from within ear or head voices which are mostly false or perceived voices, thus confusing brain to process mixed voices instead of real voice which we normally paid attention to before the onset of hyperacousis. Whatever the underlying cause, we are not supposed have tinnitus if we concentrated only on real voice ignoring all other voices which we used to do naturally before getting into trap of paying attention to these secondary voices brought forward due to strong attention created towards these voices.
  • This means Ear canal  that is tired if subjected to continuous audio causes listeners fatigue and when this created continuous attention towards ear canal thus causing REPETITIVE acoustic reflex ( involuntary muscle contraction/vibrations in the middle ear  ),  and subsequent tinnitus. This also cause neurons that are firing uncontrollably. Becosule capsule are usually taken to fight fatigue.
  • My Audiogram shows nerve damage and mixed hearing but without any hearing loss
  • Always now hearing real voices along with mixed voices
  • Resulting confusion and stress cause Headache and dizziness
  • Acceptance towards tinnitus sound/mixed voices stopped headaches and dizziness
  • GOING COMPLETE SILENCE , also used EARMUFFS to silence tinnitus
  • Started sitting or sleeping away from source of sound so as to not stimulate the eardrum. That means, I avoided sitting near or below FAN, AC, Audio source like speakers etc
  • Started use of Becosule capsule for ear fatigue, Vitamin B12 (neurobion forte or nervmax caps with GABA)along with antioxidants(Sm Fibro) and vitamin ‘C’ (Celine, limcee)
  • Use of cotton swabs (sometimes plain cotton or other times dipped in few drops of sesame oil) stuffed inside or at the door of ear canals to prevent direct hit of sound. This method provides a lots of reassurance to ears just as in plaster use in case of a fracture or a sling bag use in case of muscle tear or muscle pull.
  • Did Breathing exercise(2) and other ear exercises
  • Stopping of anxiety, depression, and panic reaction towards tinnitus by “As-It-Happens” WATCH method. The tinnitus thrives on stress, anxiety, depression and panic so when all of sudden tinnitus tries to wake up again, it first tries to bring one of these 4 symptoms before setting in again, but as we START WATCHING THE EVENT when the anxiety or fear or depression starts to engulf the body, the mere watching of the physical sensation of anxiety or fear or depression “AS IT HAPPENS” stops the symptoms thus depriving tinnitus of the ground on which it can fertile, thus stopping the tinnitus at the nip of bud. This is a spiritual method we use to stop tinnitus from gaining fertile ground.

 

  • Now the final and most important step to end the menace:-

Notice how it started? We started to hear mixed voices coming from ear or head. Now this is what happened: The hyperacousis caused amplification of normal hearing sounds, also enabling those sounds which were otherwise mild or were in background, and this confused our brains. Normally when making conversations or hearing TV or audio we would only hear the sound coming from these sources, but now with amplification of sound around us we now begin to hear other sounds along with these real voices.

It does not stop here. Since we now hear other voices along with real voices we begin to show more attention(out of fear or curiosity)  to these extra voices that have joined in from nowhere and thus more and more attention to these voices instead of real voices make them prominent making brain feel that as if these are the real voices it must interpret which it cannot actually, also by giving these secondary voices more attention we continue to make them prominent and thus we begin to hear them more and more loud as the day pass. The brain already traumatised by this strange situation then converts these secondary voices made primary by our constant attention and relays back to us in form of tinnitus. This also starts uncontrolled firing of neurons inside of ears.

The method to stop this madness is as follows: we will employ following protocol:

Tinnitus is a damage to neuronal pathways thus all electrical conduction (sound is converted to electrical waves which is further taken by neuron to brain for translation ) is taking place in an open field which draws energy from outside electrical sources keeping electrical conduction inside ears alive. That is way proximity to all electrical devices are trigger to tinnitus.

Tinnitus is basically a subconscious process brought forward due to immense attention and so sending it back from conscious to subconscious shall resolve this issue. From BEING AWARE of tinnitus we have to shift to BEING UNAWARE to resolve this issue finally.

 

The Tinnitus survives by creating a support system of fear/anxiety/depression/distress and when you are surrounded/engulfed by these symptoms you give tinnitus chance to grow and become stronger. The Spiritual method is used to devoid tinnitus of these symptoms (fear/anxiety/depression/distress)

 

Once the negative sensations of fear/anxiety/depression/distress are cleared the tinnitus is going to be weak and then The MANTRA “I am not interested in any voices coming from within ears” will help you “”bring these voice back to the subconscious”” where they belong actually. Train your mind to always ignore the sound coming from ears (show complete disinterest in this sound from ears), this will fade away the sound. Also while walking, sitting or sleeping focus the vision (inner) or attention towards stars/clouds in the sky and this shall stop tinnitus most times.

The playing field for tinnitus is YOUR EARS, we need to shift the focus or attention to somewhere else and hence focus your attention or inner vision towards sky 24/7. For 3-4 days this will require lots of efforts from your side to make sure your inner vision is always focused on clouds or stars in the sky but eventually this focus along with mantra ‘NOT INTERESTED IN HEARING VOICES FROM EAR’ will fade away tinnitus for good. Shift your sleeping pattern so as to not hear ear voices.

 

 

First line of defence against tinnitus is, using noise reduction (23DB noise reduction or more.)EARMUFFS minimum 20 minutes at a time, and cotton swab dipped in sesame oil (3-4 drops) placed inside ear canal 24/7. EARMUFFS help create VACUUM and NO electrical conduction can take place in VACUUM.

Usually fireworks or electrical conduction inside ear shall stop with this first line of defence.

If the continuous voice persists that means the ear canal needs cotton swab dipped in 2-3 drops of sesame oil 24/7 for few days. Also while walking, sitting or sleeping focus the vision (inner) or attention towards stars/clouds in the sky and this shall stop tinnitus most times.

 

 

 

 

 

  • ‘All the other voices are false’ when u hear mixed voices joining in while concentrating only on ‘real voices from audio, video, people’
  • Continue to give attention to ‘real voices from audio, video, people’ when continuous sound starts in ear, listen to TV/audio/music and concentrate on just the voice coming from audio source thereby automatically ignoring all other voices.
  • Never EVER go inside of EARS. That means you have to keep reminding yourself that “ I AM NOT INTERESTED IN VOICES COMING FROM EAR” The EARS are your forbidden domain and as you STOP visiting them you will notice a huge difference in controlling your tinnitus symptoms
  • I am not interested in voices coming from HEAD as they are false and perceived
  1. It is important to know that the voices coming from within ear are false or perceived and are not supposed to be continuous except making some sounds for few seconds to inform the person of loudness of voice
  2. AVOID HEADPFONE and DIRECT SOURCE OF SOUND forever. In case of ear fatigue stop listening to continuous sound (TV, music etc)
  3. The last but not the least, do this every day to TRAIN your mind to only listen to “REAL VOICES from audio, video, people” automatically ignoring all other voices from ear and the best way to do is to START a MUSIC/SONG/TV and then concentrate on listening to the audio, strictly and STRONGLY IGNORING ALL THE OTHER VOICES. As you do this your tinnitus will diminish or make all other sounds weak in no time.
  4. Continue to remind yourself that voices you hear are fake, perceived and false so why show interest in them? Just ignore them
  5. Tinnitus aggravates when you have tired ear canals, so for next few hours please avoid noise and ‘go silence’ and ‘sleep it over’ to remove ear fatigue.

We must recognize that we are only supposed to hear REAL VOICES from audio, video, people, nature etc. and hence ignoring these extra voices that join the real voices is the key to stop tinnitus forever. You must remind yourself that “YOU ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN VOICES COMING FROM EAR, and that you shall only concentrate on real voices ignoring all other voices”. Same applies to “HEAD VOICES” and you must ignore them.

What this means is that YOU SHALL “CONCENTRATE ONLY ON REAL VOICES” and thus within few days you will SEND THESE UNWANTED MIXED VOICES BACK TO WHERE THEY BELONGED AS IN PAST just before hyperacousis made them aloud and visible.

** Once you start chasing only real voices and show no interest in all other voices coming from ear or head , and when you still hear those voices sometimes then all you have to do is keep reminding yourself about how fake and false the other voices are and that you are NOT INTERESTED in those voices et all **

 

** ALWAYS DO BREATHING EXERICES mentioned BELOW MORNING AND EVENING to send more oxygen to body.

Also exercise, eat healthy foods and include L Glutamine/BCAA based amino acids (1gm daily) as supplements to speed up eardrum healing process **

 

 

Breathing exercises for sending Oxygen to ears and calm down tinnitus

Exercise (1) (Can be also used for asthma cold and cough issues)

SIT in a relaxed upright position against the outside air flow. If the outside air flow is towards your nose then change positions. Too much air inhale will cause Hyperventilation and subsequent cold and cough so one much do inhale from STILL surrounding where flow of air is opposite of your inhale directions

Do a regular breathing and let inhale exhale happen.

Anytime at next EXHALE, HOLD or PINCH your NOSE with index and thumb fingers, keeping your mouth shut

Start counting 1001, 1002, 1003 …..

HOLD TILL MAXIMUM till the time you cannot hold anymore.

YOU MUST Hold till STRONG URGE TO BREATH.

Release your nose, and do your regular breathing in relaxed manners.

Wait for at least 30-45 seconds before repeating above stapes 2-3 times again

Exercise (2) Modified exercise 1 to send oxygen to ears.

SIT in a relaxed upright position against the outside air flow. If the outside air flow is towards your nose then change positions. Too much air inhale will cause Hyperventilation and subsequent cold and cough so one much do inhale from STILL surrounding where flow of air is opposite of your inhale directions.

Do a regular breathing and let inhale exhale happen.

Anytime at next EXHALE, use your MIDDLE FINGER of EACH hands to PRESS or PINCH your NOSE thus closing your both nostrils, keeping your mouth shut

Next; Insert THUMBS of both hands inside each ears to shut down ear canal of both ears

Start counting 1001, 1002, 1003 …..

Now, HOLD TILL MAXIMUM time, till the time you cannot hold anymore.

YOU MUST Hold till STRONG URGE TO BREATH.

Remove both your middle finger and Release your nose, and do your regular breathing in relaxed manners.

After 7-10 breathings quickly snap your thumbs out of ear canals, this shall make some popping out sound as you remove your thumbs from ear canals

Wait for at least 30 seconds before repeating above stapes 4-5 times again

TINNITUS MANAGEMENT (Observing SILENCE as Solution to managing it)

Initial period does require observing silence to stop aggravating hyperacousis or tinnitus.

In nutshell since we have sensitive ear, our ear when exposed to any CONTINUOUS VOICE/SOUND be it mild or high will intensify the Tinnitus. So even FAN shall be at pace where it is not making any sound. One shall avoid direct contact with any sound source, for example do not sit directly under a fan or a A/C unit.

Observing silence is the need of hour, be it from outside source like TV , music etc or our own voice, we must talk only when needed that too in soft and slow voice.

I follow these steps and that has made a lot of difference to managing my tinnitus:–>

1) Observe silence meaning talk slow and soft and only when necessary. Earmuffs provide immediate relief to ears since they trap the ear inside ear canals.
2) Avoid all electronic sounds, shun TV, audio, music for first few weeks. Avoid sitting or sleeping under any direct source of sound however mild it may be.
3)  NEXT very important: Roll-UP cotton swab using palm of your both hands, (around 2 inch after roll up), dip any one side of  this cotton in SESAME OIL (4-5 drops),and insert this cotton into affected ear or both ears. Or just stuff a PLAIN cotton swab without any oils near ear canal door to avoid direct hit of sound.

Let this cotton remain 24/7 inside ear and you may change it every 12 hours if you like. It is very important for affected ear to be protected from all type of noises.

This method provides a lots of reassurance to ears just as in plaster use in case of a fracture or a sling bag use in case of muscle tear or muscle pull.

 

 

 

This is how it works guys,

You start hearing mixed voice along with a particular audio or video or fan or A/C. What you have to do is to concentrate on listening only to the sound that is coming from source be it from TV or Radio or Cell Phone, or FAN or AC etc etc and as you make sure “only to listen to the voice that is coming from source” all other voice that are joining the audio will soon fade thus ridding you of tinnitus in no time.

However, if your ear feel tired or you face listeners fatigue during any such session then stop the activity immediately as your ears must rest for the rest of the day and you may continue this activity again next day. Use earmuffs to sooth your ear by lying on back for around 20 minutes with earmuffs on your ears.

This activity however must be done for all audio sources few times for example Music will require few such sessions, hearing regular TV audio like News will require few sessions, similarly FAN noise, AC noise….thus you will be trained to listen to only actual voice there by automatically rejecting all other mixed noises that join in. This method to chase only real voices from audio, video, people, nature etc. is the ONLY METHOD to rid you of tinnitus permanently.

 

 

Following breathing Exercise must be done twice a day

SIT in a relaxed upright position against the outside air flow. If the outside air flow is towards your nose then change positions. Too much air inhale will cause Hyperventilation and subsequent cold and cough so one much do inhale from STILL surrounding where flow of air is opposite of your inhale directions

Do a regular breathing and let inhale exhale happen.

TINNITUS DECODED

Tinnitus is a symptom created by the brain on account of any of following situation:

  • You had an encounter with loud noise which caused damage to audio periphery.
  • The damage of audio periphery on account of external factors like ear buds usage or anything that caused ear drum damage
  • You went to ENT doctor and were prescribed ear drops to soften up the wax. Now as I discovered that TURPENTINE oil that is used to make these drops may be the real cause of damage to inner walls of ear. Turpentine oil is used as a THINNER in PAINTS that we use to make our walls look beautiful. Yes, the very same TURPENTINE oil is used to create artificial hearing loss by the way of the drops. I do not want to dwell more into it about why they would use this oil! Yes, the evil behind this is very disturbing so just leave it at that.
  • The ear canal walls which process sound are now weakened on account of ear drops usage and many of us have heard that crackling sound of ear walls as if they are going to collapse during ear wax drops usage. This causes ear fatigue or listeners fatigue when we are subjected to loud voices or continuous voices.
  • Now we start to hear extra voices and the CONINUOUS ATTENTION to these voices make them loud and prominent as the days go by. After few days the voices become continuous and continue to change their appearance as different kind of sounds making us go into anxiety mode. Now you hear voices from within ear, head along with other real voices that are surrounding us. This is known as mixed hearing.
  • Going to doctors does not help as PRACTICALY THERE IS NO MEDICINE that works for this issue. The DOCTORS have point blank told us that for this issue they work only by trial and error method, thus showing us there is no certain way to treat this issue. The Doctors go one step ahead and make us believe that tinnitus has no cure available and that real cause is unknown.

Now my experience when dealing with chronic issue tells me that whenever the medical fraternity designates any issue as “IDEOPATHIC”, ‘CAUE UNKNOWN’, ‘NO CURE AVAILABLE’ then mostly it points to issue that was “ACUTUALLY CREATED BY THEIR OWN MEDICAL PROCESS”

How can they tell you that they are the one responsible for the medical issue that you are facing created in the name of commerce. Most issues like diabetes, asthma, and gastro paresis aka hyperacidity, and now tinnitus point their originance directly to their own medicines.

 

 

 

Tinnitus, Hearing loss and TURPENTINE oil based ear drops

Someone in QUORA pointed out to me that The Tinnitus (at least the noise induced variety (about 90% of cases)) is result of overstimulation of frequency specific cilia inside the cochlea and articles about post-mortem dissection of the cochlea of hunters, factory-floor workers, and other hearing-damaged people who suffered with severe tinnitus, and in 100% of the cases, the damage to the cilia was obvious and permanent..

The case of noise induced tinnitus can be explained in 2 ways. One where extreme high sound caused damage to cilia of cochlea and other (most of PRESENT) cases where ear canal and cochlea were DELIBERATELY made VULNERABLE to even regular sound by introduction of turpentine oil based ear drops.

 

But why did this cilia inside of cochlea became vulnerable to overstimulation?

As far as I know, the ear drops (Waxolve, soliwax etc) that ENT prescribed had TURPENTINE oil used as a lubricant. The TURPENTINE OIL is a THINNER and is used in PAINT and has several hazardous side effects. Now it remains to be asked why of all the healthy oils available they choose to use HAZARDOUS turpentine oil as a lubricant. ? There are ear drops sold in Europe and America that had olive oil or peanut oil used as a lubricant. But here in India it looks like TURPENTINE OIL is being used in ear drops used to soften wax.

 

To me it comes as a conspiracy to cause deliberate hearing loss and how?

When we use turpentine oil based ear drops frequently in ear canal it goes and caused havoc to fluids inside cochlea and also Cilia Inside cochlea as the outer layer of cilia that was insulator and protecting us from hearing those electrical conduction inside it (just like we have plastic insulator on electrical wires, the cilia of cochlea also is insulated from outside electrical conduction and turpentine oil in my view has damaged this insulation thus exposing electrical conduction inside of cilia to surrounding electrical fields)is now damaged.

Also the turpentine oil based ear drops cause ear canal to weaken and subsequently we have hearing fatigue or listener’s fatigue. I used to hear those crackling sounds of ear canals as if all the energy has been sapped from them leaving them vulnerable to fatigued only after 20 minutes of listening.

 

The sound as we know is converted into electrical waves which are transported by neurons to the brain for translation. Now since we have cilia of cochlea which are supposed to be ANTENA or receiver of sound are now without any insulation barrier thinned by TURPENTINE oil is now CONDUCTING in an open field. This field is vulnerable to outside electrical disturbance and gets mixed up with surrounding outside electrical fields and thus causes mixed voices.

THE SOLUTION TO “TINITUS” in MY KNOWLEDGE IS TO REBUILD FLUIDS OF COCHILEA damaged by turpentine oil and also to PROVIDE SOME KIND of insulation barrier coated on TOP OF CILIA OF COCHILEA.

How to tame the tinnitus:

  • Tinnitus is the result of the hearing neural pathways (where sound wavesare converted into an electrical signal) being damaged. Tinnitus is a subconscious voices (electrical conduction/bone conduction) brought forward on account of immense attention to voices that we hear due to a ‘loss of barrier’ (barrier aka insulation against conduction) that was keeping these voices hidden. We have to send this subconscious voices back where it belonged or in other words reprogram our brain to ignore them in case of an underlying cause. In other words, we have to inform the brain that we are ‘NO LONGER INTERESTED’ in voices coming from within ear. Apart from this for a permanent solution we must provide insulation barrier against conduction with cotton swabs dipped in olive/sesame oil. Sesame oil is preferable.
  • First line of defence against tinnitus is, using noise reduction (23DB noise reduction or more.)EARMUFFS minimum 20 minutes at a time, and cotton swab dipped in sesame oil (3-4 drops) placed inside ear canal 24/7.   • TINNITUS in other words is a ‘FEAR OF VOICE’ coming from within ears. Until and unless we learn to remove the fear of these ever changing pattern voices, it will continue to haunt us by returning as when it gets triggered on account of nearby electrical fields. “The trick is to SHIFT the voices away from the ear toward surroundings and listen them there”. For this you must visualize that instead of listening to voices within ear you are listening to them far away somewhere in surrounding at least 8- 10 feet’s away.
  • The ENERGY aka ‘tinnitus’ has been created on account of loss of insulation barrier that was keeping electrical conduction to take place away from keeping us from hearing it. DO NOT FIGHT this ‘ENERGY’. This ENERGY is looking for a resolution. The acceptance of this energy as part of your body is first important first step. More you fight it more it the more it will become stronger and engulf you or surround you. Instead be remorseful and apologetic to this ‘energy’. Let it know that you are ‘sorry’ that the ‘energy’ is suffering due to some fault committed by you. Bless this energy, show empathy towards it, empower it so that it gets released eventually.
  • That means, have NO FEAR when you hear those voices within ear or head (buzzing, ringing, whooshing sounds), since all you are hearing is ELECTRICAL CONDUCTION taking place which is just a natural process except that you are now hearing this process happening on account of loss of insulation barrier and subsequent immense attention towards it. Just sleeping on back and not sleeping on ear that is affected will keep you away from hearing those electrical conduction voices within ear. But this electrical conduction will become prominent if you continue to show interest in it or make effort to hear them, so find a way out to keep your mind busy in other things, make yourself busy in ‘REAL voices at source’ from other audio sources and also try to hear them far away at source. Make an effort to NOT TO VISIT EARS even once in a day. Also, “The trick is to SHIFT the voices away from the ear toward surroundings and listen them there”. For this you must visualize that instead of listening to voices within ear you are listening to them far away somewhere in surrounding at least 8- 10 feet’s away.
  • One of the outcome of this energy is creation of ‘ELECTRICAL FIELD’ and this field continues to survive and get stronger if you are near to any electrical source, as it knows how to draw energy from these electrical sources so that it can survive. The fireworks that you hear inside ear are nothing but the ‘electrical field’ and this fire must be extinguished to rid you of tinnitus forever.

  • I realized that use of headphone was causing RETURN OF TINNITUS.

For this, with a ‘neutral state of mind’, one must either look at physical sensation of fear, anxiety, stress (as-it-happens) or any other sensations that start to engulf your body(just look at chest and stomach for few seconds as the sensation start to engulf your torso). But to achieve this your ‘mind must be at EASE’ and in state of neutral state (no fear) or otherwise just copy the continuous sound (visualize) when you and your mind are at ease and look at that copied (visualized) image of sound without any fear or in a neutral state of mind. As you do this the sound will disappear as you have signalled it that you are no longer bothered or afraid of it anymore. One shall never look at actual sound or else your attention may actually intensify it.

That’s why we first look at physical sensation to verify if any fear/stress exists (just look/scan at your torso [chest  area up to stomach and abdomen]from chest to stomach for few seconds) and then look at copied visualization /image of this sound with a neutral state of mind (no fear). So What we do is first make sure that our mind and body is at neutral state without any anxiety or fear and once in that stage we either watch the sensation as it happens when we are subject to sound that brings in physical sensations of fear or panic or second way is to just copy the sound and visualize it away from the body somewhere above and just look at copied image of sound for few seconds with a neutral state of mind, thus signalling the brain that you no longer take this sound as threat and you will see sound diminishing away.

  • Once done that, we can go to next step of listening only ‘REAL VOICE @source’ and listen them far away at source approach to fade away the ‘MIXED voices’
  • Also we notice ‘VIBRATION of cochlea’(portion of the inner ear that looks like a snail shell) during tinnitus and this area which is just parallel to nostril (1 inch area near ear which is parallel to nostrils just above upper lips). Let’s call this portion of ear as “Vibrating Part”. There are 2 ways to stop the vibrations. One, where I just look @“Vibrating Part” directly for few seconds as they start and happen and this mild’s them down or stops them altogether. Second to stop the vibration permanently, we can perform scanning/watching of this area “Vibrating Part”, by looking/scanning at this portion for several minutes (20-30 minutes at a time) and all the surrounding area where vibrations are noticed. When we start looking intently @“Vibrating Part” first you will notice the “STRETCHING” and then as you continue to look, the stretching becomes milder. This longer watching /scanning may be done once a day and repeated for 2-3 times over few days. Never ever visit inside of ear or ear canals, during this process. One must do watching/scanning of ear skin area from outside only.
  • For a period of time practice ‘SILENCE’. Specially ‘LISTEN’ only when required. Your ear canal need rest and must not be fatigued in order to stop the continuous sound.
  • Be away from direct source of sound, talk on cell phone through speaker mode only. Headphone and earphones are major triggers for tinnitus so avoid them ASAP.

  • Ear drops sold in India have Hazardous TARPENTINE OIL used as LUBRICANT. Now it remains to be answered that of all the healthy oils available why they choose to use TURPENINE oil that is used a thinner in PAINT that we use to colour our walls.
  • Do “”Ear canal exercise”” especially if you have been through those EAR DROPS (with turpentine oil used a lubricant) for wax removal. Also in this case you must lubricate your ear for around 2-4 weeks with olive oil (sesame oil is preferred)/olive oil/sesame oil so that your ears canals are flexible when doing ear exercises since thy do not have any energy left on account of ear drops that you used for wax removal. That is why cotton swabs dipped in few drops of sesame oil inserted into ear canal for 3-4 weeks will bring life back to ear canals along with ear exercises.

  • NEVER use earphone/headphone to avoid ‘RETURN OF TINNITUS’
  • NEVER ‘SLEEP or SIT’ under direct source of sound to avoid ‘RETURN OF TINNITUS’, that means never sit or sleep under or near FAN/AC unit/Speakers.
  • In summary ‘Listen only to voice that you want to listen’, for the rest “Do not show interest in listening to them” This will FADE AWAY all the other voices

  • LAST but not the least, make overnight TRAVEL PLAN’s, travel does a wonder to your tinnitus management. After every travel I felt empowered to deal with tinnitus afresh.

Tinnitus, Hearing loss and TURPENTINE oil based ear drops

Someone in QUORA pointed out to me that The Tinnitus (at least the noise induced variety (about 90% of cases)) is result of overstimulation of frequency specific cilia inside the cochlea and articles about post-mortem dissection of the cochlea of hunters, factory-floor workers, and other hearing-damaged people who suffered with severe tinnitus, and in 100% of the cases, the damage to the cilia was obvious and permanent..

The case of noise induced tinnitus can be explained in 2 ways. One where extreme high sound caused damage to cilia of cochlea and other (most of PRESENT) cases where ear canal and cochlea were DELIBERATELY made VULNERABLE to even regular sound by introduction of turpentine oil based ear drops.

 

But why did this cilia inside of cochlea became vulnerable to overstimulation?

As far as I know, the ear drops (Waxolve, soliwax etc) that ENT prescribed had TURPENTINE oil used as a lubricant. The TURPENTINE OIL is a THINNER and is used in PAINT and has several hazardous side effects. Now it remains to be asked why of all the healthy oils available they choose to use HAZARDOUS turpentine oil as a lubricant. ? There are ear drops sold in Europe and America that had olive oil or peanut oil used as a lubricant. But here in India it looks like TURPENTINE OIL is being used in ear drops used to soften wax.

 

To me it comes as a conspiracy to cause deliberate hearing loss and how?

When we use turpentine oil based ear drops frequently in ear canal it goes and caused havoc to fluids inside cochlea and also Cilia Inside cochlea as the outer layer of cilia that was insulator and protecting us from hearing those electrical conduction inside it (just like we have plastic insulator on electrical wires, the cilia of cochlea also is insulated from outside electrical conduction and turpentine oil in my view has damaged this insulation thus exposing electrical conduction inside of cilia to surrounding electrical fields)is now damaged.

Also the turpentine oil based ear drops cause ear canal to weaken and subsequently we have hearing fatigue or listener’s fatigue. I used to hear those crackling sounds of ear canals as if all the energy has been sapped from them leaving them vulnerable to fatigued only after 20 minutes of listening.

 

The sound as we know is converted into electrical waves which are transported by neurons to the brain for translation. Now since we have cilia of cochlea which are supposed to be ANTENA or receiver of sound are now without any insulation barrier thinned by TURPENTINE oil is now CONDUCTING in an open field. This field is vulnerable to outside electrical disturbance and gets mixed up with surrounding outside electrical fields and thus causes mixed voices.

Tinnitus is a damage to neuronal pathways thus all electrical conduction (sound is converted to electrical waves which is further taken by neuron to brain for translation ) is taking place in an open field which draws energy from outside electrical sources keeping electrical conduction inside ears alive. That is way proximity to all electrical devices are trigger to tinnitus.

Tinnitus is basically a subconscious process brought forward due to immense attention and so sending it back from conscious to subconscious shall resolve this issue. From BEING AWARE of tinnitus we have to shift to BEING UNAWARE to resolve this issue finally.

 

The Tinnitus survives by creating a support system of fear/anxiety/depression/distress and when you are surrounded/engulfed by these symptoms you give tinnitus chance to grow and become stronger. The Spiritual method is used to devoid tinnitus of these symptoms (fear/anxiety/depression/distress)

Prevention can be done by NOT sleeping or sitting near direct or continuous source of sound. You must always be sleeping or sitting away (at least 8 feet’s away) from any continuous sound source be it fan/ac/speakers.

ANY ELECTRICAL sounds kept near ears is a trigger to tinnitus, hence I find that whenever I used headphones my tinnitus was back again and hence one shall use headphone over cotton swabs that are placed inside ear canals to prevent direct stimulation of hairs of cochlea and use headphone only for talking and not listening to music that too for short period of times. I would avoid headphone unless they are necessity.

Avoid ear drops that doctors prescribe for softening ear wax as most contain turpentine hazardous oil as a hidden oil as lubricant. Even those ear drops I researched who had peanut or olive oil used as lubricant were using “turpentine oil as OTHER OIL”. Instead one can use just olive oil or sesame oil that’s available in home. Their obsession with ‘turpentine oil’ is difficult for me to understand as this is the most hazardous oil and can only damage inner ear walls and brain as it has already done in my case.

The other way to resolve tinnitus is by treating it as a roommate that you like to ignore or show no interest whatsoever in it. But what if your roommate is very noisy and you keep hearing their voices no matter what. Now in this case there are two ways to resolve this,

FIRST approach is to get angry, stressed or fight your roommate to keep sounds low. But with this mechanism you are always stressed out and will always have uneasy relationship thus making sure your stay with roommate is unhealthy.

SECOND approach is to behave how you would if your roommate was your own brother, sister or say a friend. In this case you choose to accept them for what they are but still ignore their noisy voices but also continue to ignore their presence.

The SECOND approach is what you shall apply to tinnitus. Treat it as a roommate that is in trouble. Be sorry that the roommate is suffering due to some reason and hence show empathy towards it, bless it so that it calms down. DO NOT FIGHT this roommate as it is already suffering anyways. You will do one more additional thing, after blessing it and showing empathy towards it, you will SHOW NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in the NOISES it is producing that means DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO LISTEN TO THESE Voices.

The MANTRA “I am not interested in any voices coming from within ears” will help you “”bring these voice back to the subconscious”” where they belong actually.

BUT IGNORING tinnitus voices is not possible unless you have brought tinnitus to a level where you can actually ignore them. So the FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE is to use EARMUFFS and Cotton swabs dipped in 3-4 drops of sesame or olive oil placed in ear canals 24/7 for few days. Use earmuffs as frequently as possible during initial period when tinnitus is very strong. This first line of defence will help you calm down tinnitus and bring it to level where one can ignore them.

Dielectric constant of VACUUM is 1(lowest the dielectric constant more is the insulation), so ‘ONLY” ‘VACUUM can provide instant relief’ as electrical field is no longer able to draw any more energy that is required to sustain it and HENCE USE OF “EARMUFF” is a very important step to get instant relief. EARMUFF surround entire ear thus help in ‘creating a vacuum’ thus providing instant relief from fireworks aka ELECTRICAL ACTIVITY OF NEURONS’

Humming/buzzing sounds v/s Fireworks

Additionally we hear humming/buzzing sounds and some of us also hear fireworks inside ear canals.

Now, as per my observation HUMMING/BUZZING sounds was result of over stimulation of hairs of cochlea due to sleeping or sitting near any CONTINUOUS electrical voice source. This causes listeners fatigue and only solution then is to calm down ear by using first line of defence using earmuffs and cotton swabs rolled and places inside ear canals 24/7 for 2-3 days.

The FIREWORKS inside of ear are result of underlying problem, as I researched that those with blood pressure issues will continue to hear these fireworks. In this case switching to sane foods or alkaline foods diet will bring the fireworks down to minimum.

You will be required to eat “ONLY SANE FOOD’ meaning NO ACID FORMING FOOD eating during recovery. In fact for permanent recovery one must stick to ALKALINE FOODS diet for at least 3-4 months.

** FOOD category to avoid/include**

STRICTLY AVOID all acid forming foods like MILK, Butter, Tea, Coffee, Eggs, all types of MEAT, SUGAR, and All types of processed foods which have preservatives and sugars in them. Black tea or black coffee that does not contain milk is ok.

ONLY EAT ALKALINE foods that means all vegetable, lentils, all fruits, rice, anything made of flour (avoid white flour) are allowed during recovery. Have lots of plain yogurt (no sugar added) and Lemon water on daily basis. Plain yogurt and Indian gooseberry juice shall be taken daily to keep boy alkaline.

In my case since my BP started recently and I found that BP pills were causing continuous fireworks inside ears I found out mechanism to get rid of BP pills ASAP by just sticking to sane foods thus bringing my BP to normal in just 2 weeks. I know most of you will not be able to quit BP pills so the other option is to stick to sane food list and bring fireworks down to minimum so that you can ignore them and bring them back to subconscious thus fading them away.

Tinnitus-The FINAL METHOD Tinnitus SPIRITUAL HEALING / MANAGEMENT [Updated 07Nov018]

Tinnitus is a damage to neuronal pathways thus all electrical conduction (sound is converted to electrical waves which is further taken by neuron to brain for translation ) is taking place in an open field which draws energy from outside electrical sources keeping electrical conduction inside ears alive. That is way proximity to all electrical devices are trigger to tinnitus.

Tinnitus is basically a subconscious process brought forward due to immense attention and so sending it back from conscious to subconscious shall resolve this issue. From BEING AWARE of tinnitus we have to shift to BEING UNAWARE to resolve this issue finally. DO NOT fight this energy called tinnitus, instead accept it, bless it, so that it gets empowered and releases itself.

 

The Tinnitus survives by creating a support system of fear/anxiety/depression/distress and when you are surrounded/engulfed by these symptoms you give tinnitus chance to grow and become stronger. The Spiritual method is used to devoid tinnitus of these symptoms (fear/anxiety/depression/distress)

 

Once the negative sensations of fear/anxiety/depression/distress are cleared the tinnitus is going to be weak and then The MANTRA “I am not interested in any voices coming from within ears” will help you “”bring these voice back to the subconscious”” where they belong actually. Train your mind to always ignore the sound coming from ears (show complete disinterest in this sound from ears), this will fade away the sound. Also looking far away towards stars in sky helps suppress continuous sound coming from ears many times.

The playing field for tinnitus is YOUR EARS, we need to shift the focus or attention to somewhere else and hence focus your attention or inner vision towards sky 24/7. For 3-4 days this will require lots of efforts from your side to make sure your inner vision is always focused on clouds or stars in the sky, but eventually this focus along with mantra ‘NOT INTERESTED IN HEARING VOICES FROM EAR’ will fade away tinnitus for good. Shift your sleeping pattern so as to not hear ear voices.

 

First line of defence against tinnitus is, using noise reduction (23DB noise reduction or more.)EARMUFFS minimum 20 minutes at a time, and cotton swab dipped in sesame oil (3-4 drops) placed inside ear canal 24/7. EARMUFFS help create VACUUM and NO electrical conduction can take place in VACUUM.

Usually fireworks or electrical conduction inside ear shall stop with this first line of defence.

If the continuous voice persists that means the ear canal needs cotton swab dipped in 2-3 drops of sesame oil 24/7 for few days. Also while walking, sitting or sleeping focus the vision (inner) or attention towards stars/clouds in the sky 24/7 and this shall stop tinnitus most times.

 

Clearing fear/anxiety/depression/distress through SPIRITUAL METHOD

We all experience different physical sensations inside our body. The physical sensations can be any of following and more that I may not be aware of: Uneasiness/Stress/Anger/Jealousy/Anxiety/fear/panic/despair/depression/pain/cut on skin//happiness/sadness/ etc. The physical sensation point out to a certain chemical changes that occurred inside body due to any action that put body into distress except for joy and also there are sensation that occur due to other activities like sex or love. Here we will specifically focus on sensation that cause us distress.

 

Now just imagine that you got hurt and immediately there goes sensation of pain and what is the normal reaction of a person? The person immediately starts to EXPEREINCE SENSATION OF PAIN around the body part that was hurt. The sensation of pain tells us that that an area of body part need recovery and so must be taken care of. The sensations in that sense are very important part of body and help us recover and take care of damages done to any area of body.

 

Now what if there was a method to suppress the sensation so that we do not feel distress but at the same time continue to take care of body part that needs recovery. With this approach we CANCEL THE EVENT which causes us distress due to sensation but at the same time WE MUST NOT FORGET TO TAKE CARE OF cause of hurt and help us recover the area of body that is hurt.

 

THE PURPOSE OF THIS BLOG IS to SPIRITUALLY MANAGE (since spiritual HEALING method is not yet found out) the TINNITUS and its symptoms that create Uneasiness/panic/distress/stress/anxiety/fear/depression and any other sensations that we can think of.

Uneasiness/Panic/distress/stress/anxiety/fear/depression are FERTILE GROUND FOR TINNITUS and once we devoid tinnitus of this ground it (tinnitus) will become helpless and will less bother us and also then we will be able to suppress it using our first line of defence i.e. following silence for couple of weeks, using Noise reduction EARMUFFS along with cotton swabs dipped in 2-3 drops of SESAME oil stuffed inside ears to reduce the tinnitus volume to zero at the same time avoiding TRIGGERS that cause return of tinnitus like avoiding headphones/sitting or sleeping directly under FAN/AC or any electrical device.  Also while walking, sitting or sleeping focus the vision (inner) or attention towards stars/clouds in the sky and this shall stop tinnitus most times.

 

Sensations suppression GENERIC METHOD:

The suppression of sensation requires one to be equanimous (calm and composed, neutral mind) where one would look at sensations as an outsider just like a doctor would look @patients symptoms.

One has to avoid going in an EXPERIENCE MODE of sensations. For example as soon as your THUMB is hurt instead of going ooh aah (experience mode) you would start to look @sensation of pain on thumb as an outsider who is looking at sensation without any fear or any reaction. Observe the sensation of pain for few seconds. Observe as if you are trying to understand what this sensation is made of, look @it intently. As you continue to look @sensation in an equanimous (no fear and calm) state you would see sensation disintegrating in no time. Please KNOW that all SENSATION are impermanent in nature and they disappear on their own after they have done their job of informing the person about the damage done to part of body.

 

** CAUTION: The approach to suppress sensations must be used only w.r.to tinnitus at the same time making sure to take care of triggers that cause tinnitus. The method shall be used only by tinnitus sufferers specifically as suppressing sensations in real life is not recommended to avoid major damage to body as sensations are designed to caution us of changes to state of body that may cause life threatening damage if not cared for in long run. Also never ever look inside of body or inside of ears, All watching shall be done to sensation on outer part of body ignoring ears always **

 

 

 

HUNT FOR SENSATIONS:

====================

Just like the bulb emits light, our body emits sensations and we are going to look@sensation to make it disappear. Now the sensation/feeling as we know, starts to engulf our body. One might feel them at chest and stomach or at Head or sometimes we see it engulfing our legs. You might have notice that UNEASY feeling in stomach or at head or sometime in legs. Also there are direct sensations/feeling like Pain, feeling of cold/feeling of warm/bites/cut that point to the exact location where a body part is experiencing the sensation. In the case where sensations are not directly locatable one must search for them. Usually sensations like

Uneasiness /Anxiety/fear/panic are usually felt around stomach while stress/despair/depression may be centred on head and sometimes around legs.

Before we start to hunt for sensations that are fertile ground for tinnitus let’s do this following:

We will use our INNER VISION or direct look where possible when hunting for sensations.

 

Warming up before hunting for sensations:

Do Breathing exercise 3 times as listed at end of blog:

Look at head (entire areas surrounding Head) for up to 3-4 breathes.

Look at torso (chest and stomach) for up to 3-4 breathes.

Look at both legs for up to 3-4 breathes.

Be equanimous (calm and composed/no fear state)

 

For example let’s hunt for sensations of ANXIETY/PANIC/FEAR:

  • We will use our inner vision or direct look where possible when hunting for sensations.
  • I am sure those who suffer from fear, anxiety or panic know the feeling. Search for that feeling aka sensation and find out area of body that is affected by it most. Usually sensation of uneasiness/anxiety/panic/fear is centred on stomach and stress/depression/despair may be centred on head.
  • As a generic practice we shall start from head then move on to chest and stomach and then move to legs.
  • Start to hunt/look for sensation/feeling of fear, anxiety/panic or ANY SENSATION that you find on the way while making the hunt.
  • If you find the feeling of anxiety or panic or any other sensation then stop at that body part and keep looking at it (sensation) in an equanimous (no fear and calm) state. Try to understand that sensation/feeling and to be aware of it for next such hunt. An ongoing new sensation as it tries to engulf the body usually requires 3-4 breathes to disintegrate as we watch it in as-it-happens mode, and in case where sensation has already engulfed your body, may require 8-10 or more breathes before it disintegrates.
  • Look @stomach for 2-3 breathes @end.
  • Similarly repeat the same steps for stress/despair/depression/fear or any other sensation caused by tinnitus. If you are able to see/feel the sensation then you may also DIRECTLY look @sensation without starting/scanning for them on head, stomach and leg. So for example if you feel UNEASY then look @uneasy feeling/sensation directly for few seconds and see it disappear. If you feel stress or distress then look@that sensation directly and see it disappear.

 

With equanimous mind(neutral, calm & composed, no fear), Usually one shall try to look directly @sensation (of fear/stress etc.) as it tried to engulf and you will see that it disintegrates in just 3-4 breathes thus making tinnitus without any support system thus making it weak. All then you would need is to provide a VACUUM inside ears with help of noise reduction (23DB noise reduction or more.)EARMUFFS to stop electrical conduction (aka tinnitus). One can use sound cancellation EARMUFFS (no earplugs please) with sound reduction DB level as higher as possible to silence the ears as VACUUM created by EARMUFFS helps create a silence that one requires in order to turn off electrical conduction that takes place inside inner ear (cochlea). NO CONDUCTION can take place in vacuum since sound waves are converted to electrical pulses that are further taken by neurons to brain for translation.

We use EARMUFFS as FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE AGAINST TINNITUS and also further use cotton swabs dipped in sesame oil placed inside ear canals 24/7 to reduce tinnitus to almost zero. If the continuous voice persists that means the ear canal needs cotton swab dipped in 2-3 drops of sesame oil 24/7 for few days. Also while walking, sitting or sleeping focus the vision (inner) or attention towards stars/clouds in the sky and this shall stop tinnitus most times.

So next time, as soon as you became aware of TINNITUS SOUND and subsequently the feeling of uneasiness, fear or anxiety or stress or despair then instead of going in an experience mode of sensation you would go in WATCH MODE as and immediately start to directly look @that-sensation just as doctor would look @symptoms. As you look @sensation with equanimous(neutral, no fear) state of mind, you would notice the sensation disappears as it came, thus depriving tinnitus of fertile ground on which it continues to flourish. Usually just 3-4 breathes is all takes to disintegrating the sensation.

Once the sensations are cleared the tinnitus is going to be weak and then The MANTRA “I am not interested in any voices coming from within ears” will help you “”bring these voice back to the subconscious”” where they belong actually. Also looking far away towards clouds or stars in sky helps supress continuous sound coming from ears. This way one can live with around just 5% tinnitus or no tinnitus as long as triggers are not executed.

Example 0)

I have this pulsating pain due to some hurt that was caused by some object.

I immediately make myself neutral and start to observer sensation of pain as an outsider. My attention is neutral (calm and composed),

I now, penetrate the sensation or feeling (in this case pain!) and start to observe how the sensation or feeling (pain) shifts, morphs, expands, contracts, spreads, and pulsates. Sooner or later, awareness shifts, instead of observing the sensation or feeling of pain, you begin to feel its wave-like sensations. When you notice the wavy sensations, just ride it! A few moments later, you’ll notice that the sensation or pain just vanishes. This may require 15-30 seconds or more.

Example 1)

I am working on computer. Suddenly the ongoing tinnitus causes a Sensation/FEELING of UNEASINESS in stomach. The usual reaction would be fear but instead I decide to be calm and composed and start to look directly @uneasy feeling coming from stomach. I do this either through direct look on stomach or through inner vision look with eyes closed and concentrating on that uneasy feeling trying to discover it. Within 3-4 Breathes the uneasy feeling is gone. I am back to working on my computer without any added fear or stress.

Next time I would watch the feeling of ‘Uneasiness’ as it tries to engulf or hold its place so as to not let it take hold on my stomach or psyche.

Example 2)

Due to tinnitus, I have a feeling of frustration suddenly, immediately I start to look @feeling of frustration for few seconds followed by looking @stomach for 2-3 breathes. The feeling of frustration has disappeared.

Example 3)

Due to tinnitus, suddenly I see fear engulfing, immediately I start to look @feeling of fear for few seconds followed by looking @stomach for 2-3 breathes. The feeling of fear has disappeared.

 

Example 4)

I have this ongoing anxiety which has already engulfed my body. Anxiety has already caused added symptoms like stress and depression. Now I decide to get rid of all my mental issues as follows:

I decide to be calm and composed after doing breathing exercise as mentioned above. I then start to analyse what is the sensation of anxiety and which part of my body is affected by it. Usually anxiety is centred on stomach so I start to look @feeling of anxiety that has engulfed my stomach. After few seconds of watching anxiety followed by looking @stomach for 2-3 breathes, I know that anxiety has disappeared.

Next I look @head for symptom of stress and depression. I again try to understand feeling of stress or depression that has engulfed my head. After watching feeling of stress or depression for sometimes followed by looking @stomach for 2-3 breathes I know that stress or depression has disappeared.

I am now free from anxiety/stress/depression.  Next time I would watch these feeling as they start to engulf or take place so as to not let them take hold on my head or psyche.

 

 

 

Breathing exercises

==============

Exercise (1) (Can be also used for asthma cold and cough issues)

SIT in a relaxed upright position against the outside air flow. If the outside air flow is towards your nose then change positions. Too much air inhale will cause Hyperventilation and subsequent cold and cough so one much do inhale from STILL surrounding where flow of air is opposite of your inhale directions

Do a regular breathing and let inhale exhale happen.

Anytime at next EXHALE, HOLD or PINCH your NOSE with index and thumb fingers, keeping your mouth shut

Start counting 1001, 1002, 1003 …..

HOLD TILL MAXIMUM till the time you cannot hold anymore.

YOU MUST Hold till STRONG URGE TO BREATH.

Release your nose, and do your regular breathing in relaxed manners.

Wait for at least 30-45 seconds before repeating above stapes 2-3 times again

    I have had tinnitus three times since 2010. I have cured tinnitus twice by staying indoors in silence for about two weeks in a row. This time is the third time and I haven’t yet completely cured it, but almost.

    After two months I am now essentially tinnitus free. So I believe in silence as a valid method.

    I must say this (SILENCE TREATMENT) is WORKING FOR ME TOO. Just stuff cotton swab dipped in sesame oil inside ear and forget it. But you need to shun and avoid completely all kind of electronic noises , TV/radio/music audio and trust me I have been tinnitus free as long as I am able to avoid outside noises. I am just praying that eventually I will be able to tinnitus free after few weeks or months. This is just same as when you have a muscle injury we use sling bags to let that muscle relax for a period of time. Same for fractures. Similarly we have to let ear go through silence for a period of time to make it recover. Avoid all kind of electronic voices and talk only when needed.

    TYPES OF OCD AND HOW TO RESOLVE THEM
    ======================================
    OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder) is nothing but a repetitive action performed under stress of a particular anxiety and panic situation). OCD are a perceived (I call them as fake actions) symptom of an underlying problem that causes anxiety and thus subsequent OCD; meaning OCD actually DO NOT EXISTS IF YOU DO NOT PERFORM THEM.
    One way to deal with this OCD is to cure underlying cause but what if that underlying cause is Untreatable or takes long time to resolve?
    Does it mean you have to live with perception or fake actions (ocd) created by underlying cause forever?
    Fortunately we can separate OCD that are performed under any physical or logical trauma. So although that physical or logical trauma will remain BUT WE WILL train our self NOT TO PERFORM that OCD under any cause.

    AGAIN OCD are of 2 types:
    1) PHYSICAL OCD (where OUR BODY perform a physical [any part of body is used to perform this action] repetitive reaction under stress)
    2) LOGICAL OCD (Where BRAIN performs some repetitive action)
    When dealing with anxiety and Panic attacks I have come to following conclusion on how to resolve them. Following happens when we go through anxiety and panic situations:

    1) Any occurrence of a continuous trauma causes OCD; meaning we begin to perform an repetitive action (OCD) which is harmful to us.
    2) It is this OCD that keeps the underlying problem not only alive but also threatens our daily life.
    3) Any anxiety issues could be resolved if you were able to CURE THE UNDERLYING CAUSE that causes anxiety issues.
    But what If underlying cause is untreatable or not known? Does it mean you live with problem for life?
    4) The only way to RESOLVE THIS OCD in case of unknown underlying cause or resolution of underlying problem that causes anxiety is to do exactly opposite of what it is making us do.
    OCD are resolved when YOU STOP PERFORMING THAT OCD.
    4) What this means is that you RESOLVE THE OCD despite the underlying problem of anxiety still present as form of some health issue.
    5) PHYSICAL OCD are easy to resolved as all you have to do is NOT PERFORM that PHYSICAL ACTION that underlying stress or anxiety is asking you to perform. Just few cancellation of that OCD under rigid self-resolution that “I WILL NOT PERFORM THIS OCD NO MATTER WHAT” will resolve the trauma.
    PHYSICAL OCD RESOLUTION FORMULA: STOP PERFORMING THAT OCD under a definite self-resolution.
    6) LOGOCAL OCD are different as in this case YOUR BRAIN IS PERFORING SOME ACTIONS as a result of some underlying cause for example in case of tinnitus the OCD in the form of continuous buzzing sound which takes different shapes is performed by BRAIN. No matter what but this is a LOGICAL OCD ( no body part is used to perform actions) performed by brain which is perceived or fake as I call it which is the result of underlying cause which is either hearing loss or a hyperacousis caused by loud noises.

    IN case of TINNITUS any CONTINUOUS AUDIO or LOUD NOISES TRIIGER THE LOGICAL OCD (continuous buzzing sound).
    One way to deal with this logical OCD is to cure underlying cause of hearing loss or hyperacousis, but what if that underlying cause is untreatable or takes long time to resolve?
    Does it mean you must live with perception or fake actions created by Brain forever?

    Fortunately we can separate OCD that are performed under any physical or logical trauma. So although that physical or logical trauma will remain BUT WE WILL train our self NOT TO PERFORM that OCD under any cause.
    LOGICAL OCD are resolved using a formula “LOOK AWAY METHOD”, meaning that you have to look far away from your body and start looking at any physical objects that you see around you. Normally when we tell people to “IGNORE THE REPETITIVE trauma that is produced by BRAIN” and we achieve this “IGNORING” by “LOOK AWAY METHOD”.

    So now in a particular situation that you will start to look away from your body and any object that surrounds you. Look at FAN. Look at any corner of wall. Look at any trees that you can see outside windows.
    JUST LOOK AWAY, AT ANY OBJECT WHICH IS AT SOME DISTANCE AWAY FROM YOUR BODY.
    That means in case of tinnitus when a continuous buzzing sounds starts there are 2 ways to resolve it:
    1) Use a voice cancellation EARMUFF and cover your ear with it. You will NOTICE that feeding silence lowers the continuity of sound finally stopping it after a while.
    2) Apply LOOK AWAY METHOD as described above.

    I think I have missed informing you guys about the most important part of my Tinnitus management :-

    Mostly we are prescribed B12 for nerve repair. This is correct but we need one more thing in addition
    we need B12 capsules with GABA in it to calm down nervous system

    which is firing neurons @frenzy (aka Tinnitus in our case)

    So I use NERVMAX capsules:

    Nervmax Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Methylcobalamin and PreGABAlin. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a

    Let’s get rid of TINNITUS in next 24 hours

    Okay Members,
    I want you to prevail and pass this test today and most of you who pass this test would be out of tinnitus or will know the mechanism to end this monster voice issue. The issue [tinnitus] started in one day (exposure to sudden loud noise) and similarly the issue has a potential to go away in just one day (24 hours)

    Let’s do this TEST as explained below: (In fact start this TEST with breathing exercise below)
    1) Tinnitus is nothing but sudden immense attention to secondary voices which are either perceived or are coming from bone conduction /from within ear or head voices thus confusing brain to process mixed voices instead of real voice which we normally paid attention to before the onset of hyperaocusis. Whatever the underlying cause, we are not supposed have tinnitus if we concentrated only on real voice ignoring all other voices which we used to do naturally before getting into trap of paying attention to these secondary voices brought forward due to strong attention created towards these voices.
    2) You must remind yourself that “YOU ARE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN VOICES COMING FROM EAR, HEAD, and any other voice that you think is not real”, and that you shall only concentrate only on real voices ignoring all other voices. Throughout the day remind yourself of this by talking to your body or your own self. Please KNOW that all OTHER VOICES ARE PERCEIVED or FAKE so as you ignore them they will fade away.
    3) Do breathing exercise mentioned below once in morning and second time in evening.

    4) Now the most important part of test:, take up this activity for next 2 hours (In fact repeat this 2 hours test every 6 hours)
    Either take up a music CD which would run for at least 2 hours and audio at the level which does not hurt your ear and just concentrate on voice coming from CD ignoring all other voices coming from ear, head, and surroundings. You must only concentrate on REAL voice that you want to listen and ignore all other voices.
    Similarly you can pick up a TV channel and audio at the level which does not hurt your ear and just concentrate on listening to voice coming from TV and you must try and prevail in ignoring all other voices whether coming from ear, head or surroundings.
    YOU MUST TRY TO PREVAIL this test of ignoring all other voices except the one that you want to hear.

    SIT in a relaxed upright position.

    Next; Insert THUMBS of both hands inside each ears to shut down ear canal of both ears
    Start counting 1001, 1002, 1003 …..
    Now, HOLD TILL MAXIMUM time, till the time you cannot hold anymore.
    YOU MUST Hold till STRONG URGE TO BREATH.
    Remove both your middle finger and Release your nose, and do your regular breathing in relaxed manners with THUMBS still in ear canal.
    After 7-10 breathings quickly snap your thumbs out of ear canals, this shall make some popping out sound as you remove your thumbs from ear canals
    Wait for at least 30 seconds before repeating above stapes 4-5 times again

    Please do not believe anyone who tells you that T (aka tinnitus) is not CURABLE. Unfortunately these people went through WRONG LINE OF MANAGEMENT and doctors made it worst for them by telling them that T has no cure. THE “Tinnitus” “T” is a mental situation caused by sudden removal of white noise barrier that was protecting us naturally from hearing these hidden voices and so we must REPROGRAM OUR BRAIN BY ONLY LISTENING TO REAL VOICES and in fact ignoring false or mixed voices is not the correct method but CHASING ONLY REAL VOICES IS THE CORRECT METHOD TO GET RID OF this issue permanently.

    The best remedy That i followed and have now cured after few months is to GO COMPLETE SILENCE avoid all audio videos,direct source of sounds , avoid talking too much and talk when necessary and yes most of all if you hear several sounds then try and listen to ONLY real sounds and ignore all other sounds as they are all perceived and fake and more attention you give them more you will bring them forward.

    Also in these case we mostly start with vitamin B12 , antioxidant and vitamin C as NO MEDICATION WORKS FOR THIS AND MY EXPERIENCE SAYS THAT WE MUST AVOID ANY MEDICATION that is prescribed for T. Also USE EARMUFFS as much as possible as they will sooth your ears. Also I used to stuff cotton swab in ears to avoid direct exposure to any sounds. Also breathing exercises as described in blog help a lot too.

    Tinnitus RECOVERY Guidelines:

    If you followed silence method and other guidelines you may be out of it sooner than us as I lost lots of time in research which took my recovery to around 6 months but with READY GUIDELINES available to you , you shall be out of it in say 8-12 weeks.

    This is how it works guys,

    You start hearing mixed voice of a particular audio or video or fan or A/C. What you have to do is to concentrate on listening only to the sound that is coming from source be it from TV or Radio or Cell Phone , or FAN or AC etc etc and as you make sure “only to listen to the voice that is coming from source” all other voice that are joining the audio will soon fade thus ridding you of tinnitus in no time.

    However, if your ear feel tired or you face listeners fatigue during any such session then stop the activity immediately as your ears must rest for the rest of the day and you may continue this activity again next day. Use earmuffs to sooth your ear by lying on back for around 20 minutes with earmuffs on your ears.

    This activity however must be done for all audio sources few times for example Music will require few such sessions, hearing regular TV audio like News will require few sessions, similarly FAN noise, AC noise….thus you will be trained to listen to only actual voice there by automatically rejecting all other mixed noises that join in. This method to chase only real voices is the ONLY METHOD to rid you of tinnitus permanently.

    Tinnitus is a symptom created by the brain on account of any of following situation:
    • You had an encounter with loud noise which caused damage to audio periphery.
    • The damage of audio periphery on account of external factors like ear buds usage or anything that caused ear drum damage
    • You went to ENT doctor and were prescribed ear drops to soften up the wax. Now as I discovered that TURPENTINE oil that is used to make these drops may be the real cause of damage to inner walls of ear. Turpentine oil is used as a THINNER in PAINTS that we use to make our walls look beautiful. Yes, the very same TURPENTINE oil is used to create artificial hearing loss by the way of the drops. I do not want to dwell more into it about why they would use this oil! Yes, the evil behind this is very disturbing so just leave it at that.
    • The ear canal walls which process sound are now weakened on account of ear drops usage and many of us have heard that crackling sound of ear walls as if they are going to collapse during ear wax drops usage. This causes ear fatigue or listeners fatigue when we are subjected to loud voices or continuous voices.
    • Now we start to hear extra voices and the CONINUOUS ATTENTION to these voices make them loud and prominent as the days go by. After few days the voices become continuous and continue to change their appearance as different kind of sounds making us go into anxiety mode. Now you hear voices from within ear, head along with other real voices that are surrounding us. This is known as mixed hearing.
    • Going to doctors does not help as PRACTICALY THERE IS NO MEDICINE that works for this issue. The DOCTORS have point blank told us that for this issue they work only by trial and error method, thus showing us there is no certain way to treat this issue.     How to tame the tinnitus:

    • Tinnitus is the result of the hearing neural pathways (where sound waves are converted into an electrical signal) being damaged. Tinnitus is a subconscious voices (electrical conduction/bone conduction) brought forward on account of immense attention to voices that we hear due to a ‘loss of barrier’ (barrier aka insulation against conduction) that was keeping these voices hidden. We have to send this subconscious voices back where it belonged or in other words reprogram our brain to ignore them in case of an underlying cause. In other words, we have to inform the brain that we are ‘NO LONGER INTERESTED’ in voices coming from within ear. Apart from this for a permanent solution we must provide insulation barrier against conduction with cotton swabs dipped in olive/sesame oil.
    • Tinnitus is also a case of source voice (Sound from real sources) merged to destination (ear receivers) meaning, what has happened is that Source Voice is being heard at Destination (as if coming from ears) rather than at source itself. If we make an effort to hear the sound far away at the source (rather than at ears) then we will see the tinnitus fading away soon or bothering us less as any sound that we hear in surrounding is less hazardous to ears than the sound we hear which seems closer to ears. The trick is to shift or hear all type of sound or voices away from the ears at the source from where it is originating. The source of fireworks /tinnitus is behind the affected ear lobe just .5 inch away, bit above bottom ear lobe, so look there when looking for tinnitus sounds and not inside of ears. Also in case of FIREWORK’s within ears we must change sleeping positions so as to NOT hear them and also follow the principal of ” I AM NOT INTETESTED IN VOICE’s COMING FROM WITHIN EARS” thus ignoring the fireworks altogether.
    • TINNITUS in other words is a ‘FEAR OF VOICE’ coming from within ears. Until and unless we learn to remove the fear of these ever changing pattern voices, it will continue to haunt us by returning as when it gets triggered on account of nearby electrical fields. “The trick is to SHIFT the voices away from the ear toward surroundings and listen them there”. For this you must visualize that instead of listening to voices within ear you are listening to them far away somewhere in surrounding at least 8- 10 feet’s away.
    • The ENERGY aka ‘tinnitus’ has been created on account of loss of insulation barrier that was keeping electrical conduction to take place away from keeping us from hearing it.     • I realized that use of headphone was causing RETURN OF TINNITUS.
    • The EARWAX was our dielectric insulator that was keep us away from forming electrical field inside ear and subsequent conduction voices. Since that ear wax is now gone due to syringe ear wash we need to provide as external insulator to stop the tinnitus taking root.
    • Use EARMUFFs to get instant relief..
    • During Initial period (3-4 days) 2 drops of dielectric insulator oil (olive oil) in ear canal can be used. Subsequently daily basis, dip a cotton swab in 3-4 drops of olive oil and insert this cotton swab in ear and let it be there 24/7 for few weeks. No need to put oil inside ear canal later.
    • When sleeping (or sitting or walking) shift your inner gaze far away towards sky or universe, this will shift you focus away from ears. DO NOT sleep on affected ear so as to not hear voices coming from it.
    • Now you will hear ever changing pattern of voices coming from within ear. Some will be musical and they will less bother you. Other will be harassing you to extent that you start developing stress or anxieties. This is how you shall handle these:
    • Now either, WE HAVE TO SHIFT the voices from inner ear to universe. Visualize a sky with stars and start to see copied image of these voices somewhere there in sky. DO NOT look or hear at actual voices within ears but instead copy the image of voices you hear far away towards sky/universe and hear them there. Look at that particular voice in sky intently for a minute without any fear and you will notice them fade away.
    • Or, In case the continuous voices does not stop then make an effort to listen to them away from the ear as if they are playing in surrounding and not inside ears. This will fade away voices after some time.
    • Always make an effort (Visualize) to hear the voices away from ear in surroundings somewhere 8-10 feet away or in skies.
    • You will notice the tinnitus root fading away in few hours. Continue this method till your tinnitus has gone completely.
    • AFTER RECOVERY, continue to use cotton swab 24/7 dipped in olive oil (3-4 drops), at least once a week.

    • In the initial period, “The very first step” required is to slow down the intensity of tinnitus and stop the continuous sound. This can be achieved by going ‘SILENCE method’ for 3-4 weeks. Usually when one starts the ‘SILENCE method” approach it takes around 3-4 days to bring the intensity down of sound and tinnitus. ‘EARMUFFS’ are the best and give lots of soothing to ear canal in this situation so wear them as and when you can for at least 20 minutes. After that you must continue to observe silence for this lower intensity of tinnitus to remain permanent. Also a MUST use of ‘COTTON SWABS’ dipped in olive oil (preferred)/olive oil/sesame oil (3-4 drops) when stuffed in ear canal or placed at door of ear canals provide lots of reassurance and protection against noise and must be done for 4-6 week continuously and then whenever the intensity of tinnitus is more or you have sudden intense spikes. Use of cotton swabs dipped in dielectric insulator oil (olive oil) stuffed 24/7 inside ear canals for first 4-6 week is a very important to tame down continuous voices.
    • ‘SILENCE method’ means, avoid all electronic sounds, and shun TV, audio, music for first few weeks. Avoid sitting or sleeping under any direct source of sound however mild it may be.
    • NO MEDICATION is required for tinnitus. Since this is largely a BRAIN ISSUE. Just B12 (or B12 with GABA) and antioxidant (e.g. antoxid, sm fibro) are enough.
    • The MAJOR TRIGGER for tinnitus is proximity to any electrical sound/electronic device. So while you are new to tinnitus, please be 100% away from electrical or electronic noise/audio and once recovered over a period of say 2-3 months, then YOU MUST AVOID earphones and headphones (as they cause direct stimulation of audio periphery)for life to prevent return of tinnitus. An earmold or earmould (made of insulated material) is a device worn or inserted into the ear for sound conduction or ear protection and shall be used for protection when going to concerts or movies.
    • There are 3 issues to be covered here 1. Fireworks inside ear (aka neurons) 2. Continuous voice (which changes) inside ear or head 3. Head voices or mixed voices (buzzing, ringing, whistling..)
    • RESOLVING FIREWORKS- Studies have shown that DIELECTRIC INSULATOR oil (e.g. olive oil), and olive oil provide most stable INSULATION against electrical conduction. Although I have used sesame oil but have now changed my oil to olive oil to provide sustained insulation against conduction to prevent hearing of those firework’s going inside of ear. The FIREWORK inside of ear is your ROOT of tinnitus and unless this ROOT (firework) is extinguished you will continue to have tinnitus in mild or intense forms.
    • During Initial period (3-4 days) 2 drops of dielectric insulator oil (olive oil) in ear canal can be used and subsequently on daily basis, cotton swab dipped in 3-4 drops of sesame oil or olive oil can be kept inside ear canal 24/7 for few weeks, to drain the fireworks inside ear eventually.

    • Avoid electrical/electronic audio/sound, use ‘EARMUFFS’ and ‘SILENCE method’ provide instant relief for Fireworks inside ear (aka neurons). Subsequently use ‘SILENCE method’ and cotton swabs (sometimes dipped in olive oil/olive oil/sesame oil 3-4 drops) inside ear canal for few days or weeks to completely stop fireworks inside ear. But it was ‘I am not interested in listening to voice from ear’ RESOLVE and shifting the voices away from ear and listening them there, that ultimately stopped the firework. You must continue to look away from affected ear with which has fireworks going on. If you prevail ‘showing no interest in fireworks going inside ear’ even for a day the fireworks will stop and fade away. Also a simple repetitive instruction like ‘STOP’ to firework (aka neurons) works sometimes.
    • In any case if the sound does not stop you may notice a physical sensation of distress engulfing your torso specially stomach area. Just look @your torso from chest to stomach for few seconds and you will see the voice fading away or stopped altogether.

    • RESOLVING CONTINUOUS VOICE-Usually a “continuous or repetitive sound” means that tinnitus has identified that your ‘brain is afraid of this sound’ so unless you release the negative effect of this sound on your mind and psyche you will not be able to take the next step of ending tinnitus forever.
    For this, with a ‘neutral state of mind’, one must either look at physical sensation of fear, anxiety, stress (as-it-happens) or any other sensations that start to engulf your body(just look at chest and stomach for few seconds as the sensation start to engulf your torso). But to achieve this your ‘mind must be at EASE’ and in state of neutral state (no fear) or otherwise just copy the continuous sound (visualize) when you and your mind are at ease and look at that copied (visualized) image of sound without any fear or in a neutral state of mind. As you do this the sound will disappear as you have signalled it that you are no longer bothered or afraid of it anymore. One shall never look at actual sound or else your attention may actually intensify it.
    That’s why we first look at physical sensation to verify if any fear/stress exists (just look/scan at your torso [chest area up to stomach and abdomen]from chest to stomach for few seconds) and then look at copied visualization /image of this sound with a neutral state of mind (no fear). So What we do is first make sure that our mind and body is at neutral state without any anxiety or fear and once in that stage we either watch the sensation as it happens when we are subject to sound that brings in physical sensations of fear or panic or second way is to just copy the sound and visualize it away from the body somewhere above and just look at copied image of sound for few seconds with a neutral state of mind, thus signalling the brain that you no longer take this sound as threat and you will see sound diminishing away.
    • Once done that, we can go to next step of listening only ‘REAL VOICE @source’ and listen them far away at source approach to fade away the ‘MIXED voices’
    • Also we notice ‘VIBRATION of cochlea’ (portion of the inner ear that looks like a snail shell) during tinnitus and this area which is just parallel to nostril (1 inch area near ear which is parallel to nostrils just above upper lips). Let’s call this portion of ear as “Vibrating Part”. There are 2 ways to stop the vibrations. One, where I just look @“Vibrating Part” directly for few seconds as they start and happen and this mild’s them down or stops them altogether. Second to stop the vibration permanently, we can perform scanning/watching of this area “Vibrating Part”, by looking/scanning at this portion for several minutes (20-30 minutes at a time) and all the surrounding area where vibrations are noticed. When we start looking intently @“Vibrating Part” first you will notice the “STRETCHING” and then as you continue to look, the stretching becomes milder. This longer watching /scanning may be done once a day and repeated for 2-3 times over few days. Never ever visit inside of ear or ear canals, during this process. One must do watching/scanning of ear skin area from outside only.

    • For a period of time practice ‘SILENCE’. Specially ‘LISTEN’ only when required. Your ear canal need rest and must not be fatigued in order to stop the continuous sound.
    • Be away from direct source of sound, talk on cell phone through speaker mode only. Headphone and earphones are major triggers for tinnitus so avoid them ASAP.
    • Do “Breathing exercise” as shown in blog. This will calm down your tinnitus

    Tinnitus RECOVERY Guidelines:

    • Ear drops sold in India have Hazardous TARPENTINE OIL used as LUBRICANT. Now it remains to be answered that of all the healthy oils available why they choose to use TURPENINE oil that is used a thinner in PAINT that we use to colour our walls.
    • Do “”Ear canal exercise”” especially if you have been through those EAR DROPS (with turpentine oil used a lubricant) for wax removal. Also in this case you must lubricate your ear for around 2-4 weeks with olive oil (preferred)/olive oil/sesame oil so that your ears canals are flexible when doing ear exercises since thy do not have any energy left on account of ear drops that you used for wax removal. That is why cotton swabs dipped in few drops of sesame oil inserted into ear canal for 3-4 weeks will bring life back to ear canals along with ear exercises.

    FIRST approach is to get angry, stressed or fight your roommate to keep sounds low. But with this mechanism you are always stressed out and will always have uneasy relationship thus making sure your stay with roommate is unhealthy.

    SECOND approach is to behave how you would if your roommate was your own brother, sister or say a friend. In this case you choose to accept them for what they are but still ignore their noisy voices but also continue to ignore their presence.

    The SECOND approach is what you shall apply to tinnitus. Treat it as a roommate that is in trouble. Be sorry that the roommate is suffering due to some reason and hence show empathy towards it, bless it so that it calms down. DO NOT FIGHT this roommate as it is already suffering anyways. You will do one more additional thing, after blessing it and showing empathy towards it, you will SHOW NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in the NOISES it is producing that means DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO LISTEN TO THESE Voices.

    The MANTRA “I am not interested in any voices coming from within ears” will help you “”bring these voice back to the subconscious”” where they belong actually.

    BUT IGNORING tinnitus voices is not possible unless you have brought tinnitus to a level where you can actually ignore them. So the FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE is to use EARMUFFS and Cotton swabs dipped in 3-4 drops of sesame or olive oil placed in ear canals 24/7 for few days. Use earmuffs as frequently as possible during initial period when tinnitus is very strong. This first line of defence will help you calm down tinnitus and bring it to level where one can ignore them.

    FIRST approach is to get angry, stressed or fight your roommate to keep sounds low. But with this mechanism you are always stressed out and will always have uneasy relationship thus making sure your stay with roommate is unhealthy.
    SECOND approach is to behave how you would if your roommate was your own brother, sister or say a friend. In this case you choose to accept them for what they are but still ignore their noisy voices but also continue to ignore their presence.
    The SECOND approach is what you shall apply to tinnitus. Treat it as a roommate that is in trouble. Be sorry that the roommate is suffering due to some reason and hence show empathy towards it, bless it so that it calms down. DO NOT FIGHT this roommate as it is already suffering anyways. You will do one more additional thing, after blessing it and showing empathy towards it, you will SHOW NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in the NOISES it is producing that means DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO LISTEN TO THESE Voices.
    The MANTRA “I am not interested in any voices coming from within ears” will help you “”bring these voice back to the subconscious”” where they belong actually.
    BUT IGNORING tinnitus voices is not possible unless you have brought tinnitus to a level where you can actually ignore them. So the FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE is to use EARMUFFS and Cotton swabs dipped in 3-4 drops of sesame or olive oil placed in ear canals 24/7 for few days. Use earmuffs as frequently as possible during initial period when tinnitus is very strong. This first line of defence will help you calm down tinnitus and bring it to level where one can ignore them.
    Dielectric constant of VACUUM is 1(lowest the dielectric constant more is the insulation), so ‘ONLY” ‘VACUUM can provide instant relief’ as electrical field is no longer able to draw any more energy that is required to sustain it and HENCE USE OF “EARMUFF” is a very important step to get instant relief. EARMUFF surround entire ear thus help in ‘creating a vacuum’ thus providing instant relief from fireworks aka ELECTRICAL ACTIVITY OF NEURONS’
    Humming/buzzing sounds v/s Fireworks

    Additionally we hear humming/buzzing sounds and some of us also hear fireworks inside ear canals.
    Now, as per my observation HUMMING/BUZZING sounds was result of over stimulation of hairs of cochlea due to sleeping or sitting near any CONTINUOUS electrical voice source. This causes listeners fatigue and only solution then is to calm down ear by using first line of defence using earmuffs and cotton swabs rolled and places inside ear canals 24/7 for 2-3 days.
    The FIREWORKS inside of ear are result of underlying problem, as I researched that those with blood pressure issues will continue to hear these fireworks. In this case switching to sane foods or alkaline foods diet will bring the fireworks down to minimum.
    You will be required to eat “ONLY SANE FOOD’ meaning NO ACID FORMING FOOD eating during recovery. In fact for permanent recovery one must stick to ALKALINE FOODS diet for at least 3-4 months.
    ** FOOD category to avoid/include**
    STRICTLY AVOID all acid forming foods like MILK, Tea, Coffee, Eggs, all types of MEAT, SUGAR, and All types of processed foods which have preservatives and sugars in them. Black tea or black coffee that does not contain milk is ok.
    ONLY EAT ALKALINE foods that means all vegetable, lentils, all fruits, rice, anything made of flour (avoid white flour) are allowed during recovery. Have lots of plain yogurt (no sugar added) and Lemon water on daily basis.
    **
    In my case since my BP started recently and I found that BP pills were causing continuous fireworks inside ears I found out mechanism to get rid of BP pills ASAP by just sticking to sane foods thus bringing my BP to normal in just 2 weeks. I know most of you will not be able to quit BP pills so the other option is to stick to sane food list and bring fireworks down to minimum so that you can ignore them and bring them back to subconscious thus fading them away.

    Tinnitus-The FINAL METHOD Tinnitus SPIRITUAL HEALING / MANAGEMENT [Updated 07Nov018]

    Tinnitus is a damage to neuronal pathways thus all electrical conduction (sound is converted to electrical waves which is further taken by neuron to brain for translation ) is taking place in an open field which draws energy from outside electrical sources keeping electrical conduction inside ears alive. That is way proximity to all electrical devices are trigger to tinnitus.
    Tinnitus is basically a subconscious process brought forward due to immense attention and so sending it back from conscious to subconscious shall resolve this issue. From BEING AWARE of tinnitus we have to shift to BEING UNAWARE to resolve this issue finally.

    The Tinnitus survives by creating a support system of fear/anxiety/depression/distress and when you are surrounded/engulfed by these symptoms you give tinnitus chance to grow and become stronger. The Spiritual method is used to devoid tinnitus of these symptoms (fear/anxiety/depression/distress)

    Once the negative sensations of fear/anxiety/depression/distress are cleared the tinnitus is going to be weak and then The MANTRA “I am not interested in any voices coming from within ears” will help you “”bring these voice back to the subconscious”” where they belong actually. Train your mind to always ignore the sound coming from ears (show complete disinterest in this sound from ears), this will fade away the sound. Also looking far away towards stars in sky helps suppress continuous sound coming from ears many times.

    First line of defence against tinnitus is, using noise reduction (23DB noise reduction or more.)EARMUFFS minimum 20 minutes at a time, and cotton swab dipped in sesame oil (3-4 drops) placed inside ear canal 24/7. EARMUFFS help create VACUUM and NO electrical conduction can take place in VACUUM.
    Usually fireworks or electrical conduction inside ear shall stop with this first line of defence.
    If the continuous voice persists that means the ear canal needs cotton swab dipped in 2-3 drops of sesame oil 24/7 for few days. Also while walking, sitting or sleeping focus the vision (inner) or attention towards stars/clouds in the sky and this shall stop tinnitus most times.

    Clearing fear/anxiety/depression/distress through SPIRITUAL METHOD

    We all experience different physical sensations inside our body. The physical sensations can be any of following and more that I may not be aware of: Uneasiness/Stress/Anger/Jealousy/Anxiety/fear/panic/despair/depression/pain/cut on skin//happiness/sadness/ etc. The physical sensation point out to a certain chemical changes that occurred inside body due to any action that put body into distress except for joy and also there are sensation that occur due to other activities like sex or love. Here we will specifically focus on sensation that cause us distress.

    Now just imagine that you got hurt and immediately there goes sensation of pain and what is the normal reaction of a person? The person immediately starts to EXPEREINCE SENSATION OF PAIN around the body part that was hurt. The sensation of pain tells us that that an area of body part need recovery and so must be taken care of. The sensations in that sense are very important part of body and help us recover and take care of damages done to any area of body.

    Now what if there was a method to suppress the sensation so that we do not feel distress but at the same time continue to take care of body part that needs recovery. With this approach we CANCEL THE EVENT which causes us distress due to sensation but at the same time WE MUST NOT FORGET TO TAKE CARE OF cause of hurt and help us recover the area of body that is hurt.

    THE PURPOSE OF THIS BLOG IS to SPIRITUALLY MANAGE (since spiritual HEALING method is not yet found out) the TINNITUS and its symptoms that create Uneasiness/panic/distress/stress/anxiety/fear/depression and any other sensations that we can think of.
    Uneasiness/Panic/distress/stress/anxiety/fear/depression are FERTILE GROUND FOR TINNITUS and once we devoid tinnitus of this ground it (tinnitus) will become helpless and will less bother us and also then we will be able to suppress it using our first line of defence i.e. following silence for couple of weeks, using Noise reduction EARMUFFS along with cotton swabs dipped in 2-3 drops of SESAME oil stuffed inside ears to reduce the tinnitus volume to zero at the same time avoiding TRIGGERS that cause return of tinnitus like avoiding headphones/sitting or sleeping directly under FAN/AC or any electrical device. Also while walking, sitting or sleeping focus the vision (inner) or attention towards stars/clouds in the sky and this shall stop tinnitus most times.

    Sensations suppression GENERIC METHOD:

    The suppression of sensation requires one to be equanimous (calm and composed, neutral mind) where one would look at sensations as an outsider just like a doctor would look @patients symptoms.
    One has to avoid going in an EXPERIENCE MODE of sensations. For example as soon as your THUMB is hurt instead of going ooh aah (experience mode) you would start to look @sensation of pain on thumb as an outsider who is looking at sensation without any fear or any reaction. Observe the sensation of pain for few seconds. Observe as if you are trying to understand what this sensation is made of, look @it intently. As you continue to look @sensation in an equanimous (no fear and calm) state you would see sensation disintegrating in no time. Please KNOW that all SENSATION are impermanent in nature and they disappear on their own after they have done their job of informing the person about the damage done to part of body.

    ** CAUTION: The approach to suppress sensations must be used only w.r.to tinnitus at the same time making sure to take care of triggers that cause tinnitus. The method shall be used only by tinnitus sufferers specifically as suppressing sensations in real life is not recommended to avoid major damage to body as sensations are designed to caution us of changes to state of body that may cause life threatening damage if not cared for in long run. Also never ever look inside of body or inside of ears, All watching shall be done to sensation on outer part of body ignoring ears always **

    HUNT FOR SENSATIONS:
    ====================
    Just like the bulb emits light, our body emits sensations and we are going to look@sensation to make it disappear. Now the sensation/feeling as we know, starts to engulf our body. One might feel them at chest and stomach or at Head or sometimes we see it engulfing our legs. You might have notice that UNEASY feeling in stomach or at head or sometime in legs. Also there are direct sensations/feeling like Pain, feeling of cold/feeling of warm/bites/cut that point to the exact location where a body part is experiencing the sensation. In the case where sensations are not directly locatable one must search for them. Usually sensations like
    Uneasiness /Anxiety/fear/panic are usually felt around stomach while stress/despair/depression may be centred on head and sometimes around legs.
    Before we start to hunt for sensations that are fertile ground for tinnitus let’s do this following:
    We will use our INNER VISION or direct look where possible when hunting for sensations.

    Warming up before hunting for sensations:
    —————————————————–
    Do Breathing exercise 3 times as listed at end of blog:
    Look at head (entire areas surrounding Head) for up to 3-4 breathes.
    Look at torso (chest and stomach) for up to 3-4 breathes.
    Look at both legs for up to 3-4 breathes.
    Be equanimous (calm and composed/no fear state)

    For example let’s hunt for sensations of ANXIETY/PANIC/FEAR:
    ——————————————————————————–
    • We will use our inner vision or direct look where possible when hunting for sensations.
    • I am sure those who suffer from fear, anxiety or panic know the feeling. Search for that feeling aka sensation and find out area of body that is affected by it most. Usually sensation of uneasiness/anxiety/panic/fear is centred on stomach and stress/depression/despair may be centred on head.
    • As a generic practice we shall start from head then move on to chest and stomach and then move to legs.
    • Start to hunt/look for sensation/feeling of fear, anxiety/panic or ANY SENSATION that you find on the way while making the hunt.
    • If you find the feeling of anxiety or panic or any other sensation then stop at that body part and keep looking at it (sensation) in an equanimous (no fear and calm) state. Try to understand that sensation/feeling and to be aware of it for next such hunt. An ongoing new sensation as it tries to engulf the body usually requires 3-4 breathes to disintegrate as we watch it in as-it-happens mode, and in case where sensation has already engulfed your body, may require 8-10 or more breathes before it disintegrates.
    • Look @stomach for 2-3 breathes @end.
    • Similarly repeat the same steps for stress/despair/depression/fear or any other sensation caused by tinnitus. If you are able to see/feel the sensation then you may also DIRECTLY look @sensation without starting/scanning for them on head, stomach and leg. So for example if you feel UNEASY then look @uneasy feeling/sensation directly for few seconds and see it disappear. If you feel stress or distress then look@that sensation directly and see it disappear.

    With equanimous mind(neutral, calm & composed, no fear), Usually one shall try to look directly @sensation (of fear/stress etc.) as it tried to engulf and you will see that it disintegrates in just 3-4 breathes thus making tinnitus without any support system thus making it weak. All then you would need is to provide a VACUUM inside ears with help of noise reduction (23DB noise reduction or more.)EARMUFFS to stop electrical conduction (aka tinnitus). One can use sound cancellation EARMUFFS (no earplugs please) with sound reduction DB level as higher as possible to silence the ears as VACUUM created by EARMUFFS helps create a silence that one requires in order to turn off electrical conduction that takes place inside inner ear (cochlea). NO CONDUCTION can take place in vacuum since sound waves are converted to electrical pulses that are further taken by neurons to brain for translation.
    We use EARMUFFS as FIRST LINE OF DEFENSE AGAINST TINNITUS and also further use cotton swabs dipped in sesame oil placed inside ear canals 24/7 to reduce tinnitus to almost zero. If the continuous voice persists that means the ear canal needs cotton swab dipped in 2-3 drops of sesame oil 24/7 for few days. Also while walking, sitting or sleeping focus the vision (inner) or attention towards stars/clouds in the sky and this shall stop tinnitus most times.
    So next time, as soon as you became aware of TINNITUS SOUND and subsequently the feeling of uneasiness, fear or anxiety or stress or despair then instead of going in an experience mode of sensation you would go in WATCH MODE as and immediately start to directly look @that-sensation just as doctor would look @symptoms. As you look @sensation with equanimous(neutral, no fear) state of mind, you would notice the sensation disappears as it came, thus depriving tinnitus of fertile ground on which it continues to flourish. Usually just 3-4 breathes is all takes to disintegrating the sensation.
    Once the sensations are cleared the tinnitus is going to be weak and then The MANTRA “I am not interested in any voices coming from within ears” will help you “”bring these voice back to the subconscious”” where they belong actually. Also looking far away towards clouds or stars in sky helps supress continuous sound coming from ears. This way one can live with around just 5% tinnitus or no tinnitus as long as triggers are not executed.

    ** never ever look inside of body or inside of ears, All watching shall be done to sensation on outer part of body ignoring ears always **
    Example 1)
    I am working on computer. Suddenly the ongoing tinnitus causes a Sensation/FEELING of UNEASINESS in stomach. The usual reaction would be fear but instead I decide to be calm and composed and start to look directly @uneasy feeling coming from stomach. I do this either through direct look on stomach or through inner vision look with eyes closed and concentrating on that uneasy feeling trying to discover it. Within 3-4 Breathes the uneasy feeling is gone. I am back to working on my computer without any added fear or stress.
    Next time I would watch the feeling of ‘Uneasiness’ as it tries to engulf or hold its place so as to not let it take hold on my stomach or psyche.
    Example 2)
    Due to tinnitus, I have a feeling of frustration suddenly, immediately I start to look @feeling of frustration for few seconds followed by looking @stomach for 2-3 breathes. The feeling of frustration has disappeared.
    Example 3)
    Due to tinnitus, suddenly I see fear engulfing, immediately I start to look @feeling of fear for few seconds followed by looking @stomach for 2-3 breathes. The feeling of fear has disappeared.

    Example 4)
    I have this ongoing anxiety which has already engulfed my body. Anxiety has already caused added symptoms like stress and depression. Now I decide to get rid of all my mental issues as follows:
    I decide to be calm and composed after doing breathing exercise as mentioned above. I then start to analyse what is the sensation of anxiety and which part of my body is affected by it. Usually anxiety is centred on stomach so I start to look @feeling of anxiety that has engulfed my stomach. After few seconds of watching anxiety followed by looking @stomach for 2-3 breathes, I know that anxiety has disappeared.
    Next I look @head for symptom of stress and depression. I again try to understand feeling of stress or depression that has engulfed my head. After watching feeling of stress or depression for sometimes followed by looking @stomach for 2-3 breathes I know that stress or depression has disappeared.
    I am now free from anxiety/stress/depression. Next time I would watch these feeling as they start to engulf or take place so as to not let them take hold on my head or psyche.

    Breathing exercises
    ==============
    Exercise (1) (Can be also used for asthma cold and cough issues)
    SIT in a relaxed upright position against the outside air flow. If the outside air flow is towards your nose then change positions. Too much air inhale will cause Hyperventilation and subsequent cold and cough so one much do inhale from STILL surrounding where flow of air is opposite of your inhale directions
    Do a regular breathing and let inhale exhale happen.
    Anytime at next EXHALE, HOLD or PINCH your NOSE with index and thumb fingers, keeping your mouth shut
    Start counting 1001, 1002, 1003 …..
    HOLD TILL MAXIMUM till the time you cannot hold anymore.
    YOU MUST Hold till STRONG URGE TO BREATH.
    Release your nose, and do your regular breathing in relaxed manners.
    Wait for at least 30-45 seconds before repeating above stapes 2-3 times again

    Hello, great article. Since I have quite a bit of knowledge about reduced breathing which I would definitely recommend to anyone with tinnitus since besides increasing oxygenation and blood flow it also calms the mind, I would just add one thing, and that is taping the mouth shut at night during sleep because we don’t have control of how be breathe during the night, and if we breathe on mouth during the night (overbreathe), all our progress that we achieved during the day practice will be in vain. So to make sure we breathe through the organ that is intended for breathing, and that is the nose, we take precaution by taping the mouth and force the nasal breathing which is much lighter than mouth breathing.
